AGS’ Chief Executive Officer Jennie Chin Hansen is proud to announce the birth of her granddaughter, Ella Simone Hansen.
LiChia Ong-Chansanchai, Senior Manager of Public Education and Professional Relations, was married to Anute Chansanchai on June 18, in La Jolla, California. The couple honeymooned in the Mediterranean.
Staff Announcements
Dagmara Podwyszynska, former Senior Coordinator, Membership & Governance, accepted a position with an international real estate company. Her new work will focus on designing and creating investment portfolios and event planning to build international business relations. We will miss her steady presence in membership and managing our Board and Committee work.
Donna Sapanaro joined the AGS in June as Executive Assistant to our CEO and as our Receptionist. Prior to joining the AGS, Donna was the Executive Assistant for the CEO and General Counsel of the Cambrex Corporation, a world-wide pharmaceutical company.
Mary Jordan Samuel is our new Membership and Governance Coordinator. Mary Jordan was previously the Director of Lawyer Volunteer and Community Services with the Mecklenburg County Bar (MCB) in Charlotte, North Carolina. She served as staff liaison to the MCB’s Sections and Divisions and the Lawyer Referral Service. Prior to her work with the MCB, Mary Jordan worked at the American Bar Association. She has a degree in English from Duke University.
