Board of Directors

A nine-member Board of Directors, five of whom are nominated by ADGAP and elected by the AGS Board of Directors and four of whom are elected by ADGAP Class I members, governs ADGAP. Current Board members are:

The ADGAP Board meets twice a year, once in May and once in November in conjunction with the AGS annual meeting and November board and committee meetings.
