Learning Objectives: (1) compare and contrast the utility of different metrics for project evaluation (e.g., learner satisfaction, learner knowledge, behavior change, and project impact); (2) formulate appropriate evaluation questions for measuring a project's effectiveness; and (3) utilize both quantitative (e.g., multiple choice items on questionnaires; performance measures) and qualitative approaches (e.g., open-ended questions) to evaluation design.
