Registering now for the Annual Meeting will save you time and money! Register by March 29th to receive up to $100 off your meeting registration fees and to avoid long lines onsite to process your registration.

How do I register for the Annual Scientific Meeting?
You must register using the AGS online registration form that can be found HERE. 

If paying by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express), a confirmation letter will be sent automatically by email, once you complete the online registration process. If payment will be sent by mail or fax, you must still complete the online registration form. Once you have completed your registration, print your confirmation page.  An invoice will be sent to you automatically by email, once you complete the online registration process.  Your payment must be received within 21 days of submitting your registration or any unpaid-for ticketed events will be canceled. Note that there is an additional $25 administrative processing fee for payment submissions by mail or fax. Purchase Orders are not accepted.

Note: If you will be paying by check, your complete payment must be received within 21 days of submitting your registration or any unpaid-for ticketed events will be canceled. We invite you to register online at any time up to the meeting. Credit card payment must accompany online registration. 

Registration Categories
The registration fee (including the one-day registration fee) includes access to all sessions, exhibits, posters, food and beverage events/breaks, including lunch on Friday and Saturday.  The Thursday pre-conference sessions are an additional fee. 

AGS MEMBER/RENEWING MEMBER
This category is for members and individuals who are renewing their AGS membership now to obtain the reduced member meeting registration rate. If you are a renewing member, be sure to complete the AGS Membership Fee section on the registration form.

NON-MEMBERS
The non-member registration rate includes a 1-year membership to the AGS.  You may opt out of receiving communications from the AGS.

INTERNATIONAL REGISTRANTS 
The international attendee on-site meeting registration rate is the same as the pre-registration rate.
