The annual Fellows-in-Training breakfast will feature a panel presentation on geriatric career path training and professional development. The traditional roundtables gives attendees an opportunity to meet with leaders in geriatrics on a variety of topics such as job selection and balancing your personal and professional life.

Funding Your Work: Grants & Awards for Junior Faculty & Fellows

The purpose of this workshop is to provide junior faculty and fellows with current information about potential sources of research funding that will enable them to launch an academic career in geriatric medicine and aging research. This session will also include a talk entitled VA Career Development Awards by Theodore Johnson, II, MD, MPH.
