Annual Meeting – Attend the FIT Breakfast

This year’s Fellow-in-Training Breakfast will be held on Friday, May 3^rd from 7 am – 9 am. Join your peers to network, meet other FITs and hear from AGS member and long-time geriatrician, Doctor David Staats. Dr. Staats is a highly experienced board certified physician in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics with over 32 years of practice. He received his medical degree from University of Chicago in 1976 and completed his fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University in 1982. Dr Staats is a fellow of the ACP, AGS, GSA, and the Institute of Medicine of Chicago and a former Chair of the Long-Term Care Advisory Committee of the Joint Commission. Dr Staats has also served as the Fellowship Director of Geriatric Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Doctor Staats is a published author, having numerous articles in peer reviewed journals.
