AGS members represent the diversity of professions involved in caring for older adults. Our current membership is comprised primarily of geriatrics health care professionals, including physicians, nurses, researchers, medical educators, pharmacists, physician assistants, social workers, physical therapists, health care administrators, and others.
Recruiting the next generation of professionals into geriatrics, into the Society and into leadership positions at AGS and other organizations and institutions committed to improving care for older adults is critical to our mission to improve the health, independence and quality of life of all older people.
