Annual Members' Business Meeting
AGS Annual Members' Business Meeting – Friday, May 3, 2012
The American Geriatrics Society Annual Members' Business Meeting will take place from 9:15-10:00 am on Friday, May 3, in Room Texas A/B at the Gaylord Hotel and Convention Center, Grapevine, TX. The business meeting is open to all AGS members. Agenda items will include: review and approval of the AGS Secretary's minutes from the 2012 Annual Members’ Business Meeting (see link below) review and approval of revisions to the AGS By-laws (see link below), the Treasurer's Report, announcement of the results of the AGS Board of Directors Election, recognition of outgoing Board and Committee members and new Fellows of the Society, presentation of Outstanding Committee Service Awards, and remarks from the incoming President. If you have any new business that you would like included in the Members' Business Meeting, please contact Dennise McAlpin at dmcalpin@americangeriatrics.org.
