The Hyatt Regency Chicago is the headquarters for the 2009 AGS Annual Scientific Meeting. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 1-888-421-1442 and identifying yourself as an AGS attendee. A deposit of first night’s room and tax is required to guarantee a reservation. Special group rates of $197 per night + tax have been negotiated for AGS attendees. A limited number of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. These groups rates will be available until rooms are gone OR until April 7. After April 7 reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.
