About the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel is the headquarters for the 2010 AGS Annual Scientific Meeting. Reservations can be made online by clicking the link below or by calling the hotel directly at 1-888-828-8850 and identifying yourself as an AGS attendee. A deposit of first night’s room and tax is required to guarantee a reservation. Special group rates of $199.00 per night + tax + $8.00 resort fee have been negotiated for AGS attendees. A limited number of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. These groups rates will be available until rooms are gone OR until April 20. After April 20 reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

The $8.00 Resort Fee includes:

• Up to 60 minutes free local telephone calls, toll free and credit card access calls
  (.10 cents per minute after 60 minutes)
• 20 minutes of domestic long distance per day
• Unlimited access to the resort’s health club facilities
• In room high-speed Internet access
• 2 bottles of water daily
