ADGAP Accepting Applications for the 2008 Chief Resident Immersion Training Program in the Care of Older Adults Applications are now available for the Chief Resident Immersion Training (CRIT) Program in the Care of Older Adults, which is funded by the John A. Hartford Foundation, ADGAP, and Boston University Medical Center, collaboratively. CRIT focuses on providing chief residents with a combination of training to improve Chief Residents' understanding of geriatric principles and their leadership and teaching skills. Up to five two-year grants of $114,000 ($59,000 in Year 1 and $55,000 in Year 2) will be offered to participating institutions to hold this program at their own institution. All institutions with full-time academic geriatrics program directors are eligible to apply. |
