Share Your Interest in Geriatrics With Students and Residents Considering the Field

We need your help telling medical students and residents about the satisfactions inherent in careers in geriatrics. Please take a moment to write a few paragraphs explaining why you're completing a geriatrics fellowship. Your response will be posted to the AGS' "Careers in Geriatrics" Web page. Please describe your career plans to give potential recruits into the field a sense of the many career opportunities a background in geriatrics affords. We frequently receive questions from students and residents who would like to know why current geriatrics fellows-in-training decided to pursue geriatrics fellowships. Your answers will help us provide those considering careers in geriatrics with a variety of perspectives on these careers.
