CMS Offers Fact Sheets for HIPAA Version 5010 and ICD-10

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has posted fact sheets to help physicians, other providers, vendors, and payers use new information that must be submitted on Medicare claims. The resource materials specifically pertain to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Version 5010 data and International Classification of Diseases,10th edition, (ICD-10) codes.
