Making the Business Case for Geriatrics

The following member resources have been developed to support AGS and ADGAP members through the changing landscape of healthcare and help make the business case for geriatrics.

Geriatrics Compensation & Productivity Benchmarking Tool

AGS/ADGAP has partnered with Phairify to provide AGS/ADGAP geriatrician members exclusive access to specialty-specific data that can help them take control of their careers. The Physician Value Exchange: Career & Specialty Data Platform provides geriatricians insight into their value with high-quality, real-world data that captures the heterogeneity of modern-day geriatrics practices while making it easier to explore different job opportunity scenarios and understand how it impacts different work/life elements they care about.

AGS/ADGAP Making the Business Case for Geriatrics Toolkit

The AGS/ADGAP Making the Business Case for Geriatrics Toolkit is a compendium of case studies collected from ADGAP members, highlighting proven strategies and communication tools that others can use as models in making the business case for a new program/idea or expansion of an existing service to adapt and implement at their own institutions. The resources in the case studies were refined with guidance from the AGS/ADGAP Business Case Toolkit Workgroup.

Do you have a case study or tools you would like to submit? We are accepting new submissions, both those that were successful and those that sizzled. Tools can be for any point in the arc of a program (e.g., obtaining C-Suite buy-in, start up, sustainability). Please complete the toolkit form on SurveyMonkey.
