Opportunity Description:

The 2022 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Rule, which took effect on January 1, includes a number of coding changes of interest for geriatrics health professionals. Some of these coding changes are new for 2022 and clinicians that would like to bill them will need to understand the various requirements for doing so. Among other items, the webinar will review changes finalized for 2022 to the chronic care management family of codes, telehealth and other services involving communications technology, and clarifications regarding split (or shared) E/M visits.

Following the program, the attendee should be able to introduce these codes and other changes into their practices. The webinar will be hosted by AGS leaders, Drs. Peter Hollmann and Robert Zorowitz, and AGS consultant Denise Merlino, CPC, MBA, CNMT – all recognized for their expertise in payment and coding.
