18th Annual Rocky Mountain Geriatrics Conference registration is open! This year the conference is being hosted by the Division of Geriatric Medicine, University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and the Colorado GRECC. This 2-day conference will bring together clinicians, researchers and service providers to share best practices and network with one another.
