Call for Experts: Clinical Practice Guidelines for Quality Palliative Care

The National Coalition for Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking nominations or applications for individuals to serve on an Expert Panel supporting the update of Clinical Practice Guidelines for Quality Palliative Care, 4th edition. The panel will represent a range of clinical, methodological, and interdisciplinary perspectives to ensure the guidelines are rigorous, equitable, and implementable. The panel members also must be free of conflicts of interest (COI) and have the necessary time and expertise to contribute to the process of developing and/or updating the guidelines. Please note: Answers on this application form cannot be saved and returned to later. We recommend preparing your responses in a separate document before starting the form to ensure you do not lose your work.
